Feels great with just a tiny dab applied to the concerned sink area. I use it on those benign like moles that I got years ago from staying out in the sun too long at the beach. What I have observed is that the cream seems to fade and shrink those ‘damaged cells’ very gradually. That really makes me feel happy about my skin and this product. Highly recommend it.
